A. General Information
Promotion Description
- The following “Street Fighter 6 Launch on Buff Raffle” Official Rules (“Official Rules”) apply to the “Street Fighter 6 Launch on Buff Raffle” (“Promotion”).
b. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Platform, BUFF Technologies LTD. (“we”, “us” or “BUFF”) as described in the general Terms of Use, which shall be final and binding in all respects (without prejudice to the Entrant’s legal rights and remedies available to them under applicable law, including their right to commence legal proceedings).
c. The Street Fighter 6 Launch on Buff Raffle was created under Capcom’s Legal policy using assets owned by Capcom. Capcom does not endorse or sponsor this project.
d. This competition is not affiliated with or sponsored by Capcom or its Esports.
B. Promotion Period
- The raffle starts on February 20, 2025, at 08:00 EST and ends on March 2, 2025, at 23:59 EST.
b. Winners will be announced on March 5, 2025.
C. Promotion Type
- Participate in the Street Fighter 6 Launch on Buff Raffle for a chance to win exclusive prizes.
b. The winners must:
– Be actively using the Buff desktop app.
– Participate in the Novicain Movie promotion on the Buff desktop app playing the game of Street Fighter 6.
c. Entry is available through the current landing page, once the user inserts his Email an option to download the app will show.
Buff reserves the right to adjust the raffle rules and requirements at any time at its sole discretion.
D. Prizes
Winners will be announced on March 5, 2025.

E. Eligibility
- The Promotion is open only to USA legal residents of regions where Buff operates and in accordance with the general terms of use of the platform (“Entrant” and “Eligible Entrant”).
b. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
c. To qualify, participants must:
– Be an active user of the Buff desktop app.
– Participate in the Novicon Movie promotion on the Buff platform.
F. General Conditions
1. Intellectual Property a. By participating in the Promotion, every Entrant hereby agrees to The platform’s general terms regarding intellectual property as specified in the Terms of Use. b. All Intellectual Property included in the Prize and the Promotion (including printed characters, graphics, storylines) are owned by The platform. c. You further acknowledge and agree that you shall have no ownership or other property interest and that all rights in the Services and any derivatives are owned by The platform.
2. Suspension or Termination a. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Promotion if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions, or other causes beyond The platform’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play, and/or feasibility of the Promotion as contemplated herein.
3. Force Majeure a. In the event The platform is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Promotion as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within The platform’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then The platform shall have the right to suspend or terminate the Promotion.
4. Severability a. As permitted by applicable laws, the invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
Limitation of Liability a. By entering the Promotion winners and Entrants agree to release and hold harmless The platform and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: i. Such Entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof. ii. Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software. iii. The unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service. iv. Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion. v. Electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries. vi. Failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any act of God, fire, natural disaster, accident, or act of government, or any other cause beyond Buff’s sole control. vii. Prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
G. Winner Selection & Prize Claim
- Winners will be selected randomly from eligible participants who inserted their email address in the raffle landing page.
b. Winners will be announced via email and must replay within 7 days of the announcement. A second email will be sent after 7 days from the first email. If the winner does not respond in 14 days Buff will move on to another winner.
c. Buff reserves the right to replace any unclaimed prize with an alternative of equal value.
H. General Conditions
- Buff reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Promotion in case of fraud, technical malfunctions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
b. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash.
c. By entering the Promotion, participants agree to Buff’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
d. Buff is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or modifications related to prize fulfillment.
I. Applicable Laws
a. The Rules and any disputes arising in connection to them shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Israel.
b. The Sponsor, Administrator, and all Entrants hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts to resolve any disputes.
